Patsy has been a Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics for 18 years and a Sales Director for thirteen years. As an award -winning mentor, she has earned the prestige "Court of Sales" award times and is on target for her ninth.

Patsy Fleisch, a Novato resident of 44 years. She joined the Novato Chamber of Commerce as an active volunteer in 2009. Patsy has served and chaired many committees, which include Chamber Ambassador, WIB, Membership and Board of Directors. She served two terms as Board President.

Born to a family of military service – her father retired as an Army Lt. Colonel – she was born in Georgia. Her military family moved many times including post-war West Germany and played among the hills of the San Francisco Presidio. Patsy and her husband of 47 years, Ken, enjoy their three grown children and grandchildren.
