Krissy Nevero is a Wellness, Career, and Leadership Coach who helps career-driven women over 35 beat perimenopause burnout so they can feel energized, focused, and in control—at work and in life. Drawing on her two decades in corporate leadership and extensive training in midlife health and coaching, Krissy guides her clients through realistic, science-backed strategies for managing stress, reclaiming energy, and thriving in both their careers and personal lives.



When she isn’t talking about burnout, careers, boundaries, or how to actually feel human again in midlife, you’ll find her reading, riding her Vespa, hanging out with her chickens, or exploring wine country. She’s also the proud co-owner of Grand Scheme Wines, a boutique Carneros, Sonoma estate producing organically grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
