We are wired for story. My love of language began as a child, listening to my dad tell me stories. I’ve never outgrown them. Today, I enjoy learning about the lives and work of others, in both businesses and nonprofits. I listen intently for the story within whatever project I’m asked to tackle. I want to know the “why” of things. That helps to craft a message that will hook a reader’s attention and make them want to learn more.

Whether I’m helping you write your profile for LinkedIn, a newsletter to keep people informed, the content of your website, or a grant application for funding, I listen for what is important and compelling.
