With expertise in recruitment solutions for key technical and sales roles, I help businesses thrive in sectors such as green construction, cleantech, climate tech, ag-tech, and sustainable energy. Our specialty lies in filling critical, hard-to-fill positions that drive business growth.

On the side, I'm launching a consulting venture to support professionals in revamping their LinkedIn profiles, resumes, and interview strategies. Outside of work, I enjoy life in Petaluma with my two daughters and proudly support my son serving in the Marines.
