With more than 20 years of experience spanning HR, organizational development, executive leadership, and business strategy, I help businesses navigate complex challenges, develop strong leaders and teams, and create strategies that achieve meaningful impact.

Beyond business, I’m a proud mom and self-proclaimed bon vivant with a serious appreciation for travel, discovering new places, amazing food and wine, and finding plenty of reasons to celebrate life.
