Patricia began her career in 1992 with property management and reservations for a company in Kauai, Hawaii. She has over 25 years’ experience in handling units for the resort. This included Strategic planning related to budget, revenue, and risk management for the owners. In 2002, she decided it was time to get her real estate license to have the additional expertise in her business and joined Century 21.
In 2017, she made the move to devote her time to Commercial Real Estate. It has been a growing passion since 1986 when she worked for the Hamilton Field Development Project in Novato, CA. Patricia continued her education taking various courses in Real Estate Development, Asset Management, and Investments. Patricia has experience in 1031 Exchanges, Retail, Office, Leasing and Sales. Her concentration is focused on Medical Office, Retail, Industrial, and Tenant Representation. One of the most important items Patricia stands by is the ability to “Provide Solutions” to her clients.
Patricia grew up in San Rafael, CA. She graduated from Terra Linda High and went on to San Francisco School of Travel to learn about the culture in other countries as well as travel. She then attended Santa Rosa Junior College to study Business Law and Management with a minor in Art History. Continuing Education includes Institute of Real Estate Management with courses in Marketing, Leasing, Risk Management, and Accounting. Realtors Land Institute, Fundamentals of Land Brokerage, and CCIM 1031 Exchanges. Patricia is a resident of Sonoma County and enjoys spending time with her Husband, Family, and Friends. Favorite hobbies include golf, hiking, and hanging out by the water.
